I’m Billy, a 17 year old college student hailing from the depths of Essex in England. Mostly known as Cammack around the FM Scene, i started off visiting CoreFM in my early days, but never really posted there. I used to go there for players and tactics, this was probably for CM01/02. I dabbled in visiting a few sites, and posting on a few, but never really got into regular posting on a specific site.
I decided on making my own site, and with the help of Roy and TheGame, i built FM Fanatic. It was only a small site but the staff worked their asses off and we conjured up somewhat of a small, cult following. The only problem was we struggled to maintain a good main site, yet on the other hand, we had a buzzing forum growing with members and decent posts. I came across the site Goal Kick, which was fairly new, and automatically took favour in the main site, something we lacked. However the forums wern’t that impressive. I contacted Vilius, the owner, and we merged the two sites, using the Goal Kick site and the FM Fanatic Forums.
Me, Vilius and Roy took the raines and slowly but surely started turning Goal Kick into an established FM Site. After a good few months there as Admin and Co-Owner i left, after some well publicised arguments. I went back for a bit as Admin, then left, then got re-appointed as Mod, which i didn’t find as appealing. Ive figured in numerous other side projects since, like TheGames Manager City, FM Coach, FMStand etc, but nothing came of any of them sites.
I took a rather large break from the scene and football manager a few month’s ago, but decided to return when FM07 was released, which brings me to where i am today. You will now find me floating about Goal Kick and Throw In from time to time, amongst others.
Hopefully this blog can give you an insight to my glorious, deprived mind, bar a few jokes along the way and help you with some FM stuff while were at it.
